Stainless Steel High Strength Head Bolts  (Soon to Be Released)

When we look at a custom motorcycle or the everyday riders out there, we commonly see head bolts with corrosion all over them. You've seen it. That white or grey fuzzy oxidation that doesn't look like a well cared for engine.... in fact, quite a bit of time, energy and money is spent covering them up, rather than solving the root problem.

We decided to correct this problem by manufacturing engine head bolt kits using high strength aircraft grade stainless steel and making them available to use on your favorite engine! We have designs for Pan, Shovel (OE or S&S cylinder type) EVO and TC88. (Naturally, the EVO and TC88 style are actually special purpose nuts to fit the cylinder studs) They will retain their finish virtually forever.

(Shown below is a single cylinder head set for EVO/TC88- Our Kits are for two cylinders)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Stainless Steel studs and nuts must be installed using either a thread lubricating compound (like anti-sieze) or thread locking compound where appropriate to maintain fastener position under vibration. Stainless to Stainless parts must NEVER be assembled dry, as this can lead to thread seizure and galling which will destroy the thread and lock the two parts together.
