Our 100% Polished Stainless Steel Springer can finish your professional-level project with style and unique durability. Even the springs are polished stainless steel!  

You choose wide, narrow and virtually any length at one price!

Our stainless steel springer is designed, fabricated and polished in our facility specifically to fit your frame, with your choice of brake stays, handlebar mounts, fork stops and other custom features to give you what you want. Made from high quality materials, CNC machined, fitted, assembled, packed and shipped to you, ready to bolt on,!

We start with the frame dimensions and front tire size, design the fork to match the frame and adjust the rocker length to give you the required trail numbers for safety and handling (no more "this is what we have"- you get it your way!).

We send the springer to you 100% show polished and packed in a durable shipping crate to protect your fork during shipment. 

All bolts and fasteners are CNC machined from heat treated aircraft stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. A stainless steel axle is included with all of our forks.

Our typical time from order to shipment is 12 weeks, depending on the options you choose.

To order your custom built Springer Fork, we need a few frame dimensions. For specifics, please go to "How to Measure Your Frame for a Springer"

Options :

Brake Stay(s): Right, Left, None or Both (we position them, and provide the correct bolt thread based on the brake system you choose)

Handlebar Mounts: Standard is 1/2" through holes on 3-1/2" centers in the top tree for solid mounting. You can add bushing mounts, or larger holes for custom handlebar controls.

Axle Diameter: Standard is 3/4". You can choose to have us provide a 5/8" axle for spool wheels if you prefer.

Fork Stops: Standard is external Pin Stops in the lower tree based on our bearing cup stop set. You can choose to add in our cup and bearing kit, have us provide the internal stop kit, or specify internal stops by providing the manufacturer details about the stop kit.

Wheel Centering: You can choose to have us make wheel spacers to center your wheel, and/or prepare for a springer brake mount

Brakes: You can add a 3 Guyz Springer front brake, or provide the distance from the axle to the brake anchor link point on your brake kit, and we will place the brake anchor where necessary to match it. We can also provide a wide selection of brakes from aftermarket suppliers and pre-fit them to your fork.

Fenders : No fender mounts are currently available for the Stainless Steel Springer. We are looking into designs that will be appropriate for the refined design and finish of this fork. We anticipate releasing a design later this year. Check back for more details.
